  1. Build out a cache of resources and tools to be shared across the department when planning.
  2. Sharing our work and expertise externally via blogs, case studies, social posts, etc.
  3. Spend less time reporting and more time using reports to influence decisions.
  4. Better global understanding of all the tools that we have access to, within media and the full agency.
  5. Create framework for how to pitch media services better.

Content Dept

  1. Turn up the humanity. Be the antidote to AI slop. Capture authentic stories, embrace the quirk, quote people, and ask: What’s real about this?
  2. Optimize systems. Define ecosystems. Determine when and where to use AI.
  3. Be an agent of new business.
  4. Share your work. Use the internal content team as a sounding board — even when you're confident.

Creative Dept

  2. Implementation and evolution realms.

  4. Expand education, visibility, and industry presence.

Development Dept

  1. Develop and articulate clear web philosophies, approaches, and techniques - centering around complexities and potential project scope impact.
  2. Leverage AI as a supportive assistant and “pseudo-junior web developer” to enhance efficiency, assist with problem-solving, and serve as a sounding board.
  3. Strengthen and standardize website project documentation to improve clarity, continuity, and team alignment.
  4. Promote a more end-user-centered mindset within Phire’s web strategies, processes, and project decisions.
  5. Embrace opportunities to educate clients and coworkers on web terminology, functionality, and best practices.
